In those cases, we seek to ensure that the international transfer has adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>6. How long we keep it<\/h2>\n<p>We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship or your interest in our services lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law to address any potential liabilities. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Information security<\/h2>\n<p>We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure. We will reply within the legal time frames: <strong>10 calendar days<\/strong> for access requests and <strong>5 business days<\/strong> for rectification, updating or deletion requests.<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in section 14, subsection 3 of Act No. 25,326.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Agencia de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (Argentine Access to Public Information Agency)<\/strong>, in its capacity as the supervisory authority for Act No. 25,326, has the power to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Minors<\/h2>\n<p>This site and our services are aimed at people over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor without their parents\u2019 or guardians\u2019 authorisation, we will delete it.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Links to third-party sites<\/h2>\n<p>Our site may contain links to external platforms (for example, Instagram, WhatsApp or YouTube). This policy does not apply to those sites: we recommend reviewing their own privacy policies before sharing information.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
