At Boska we value the trust of everyone who contacts us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights over it.

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Boska (hereinafter, “Boska”), operating in the Argentine Republic.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to reply to you and provide our services:

• Data you give us in the contact form: name, email address, company or project, estimated budget, channel of interest and the message you write to us.
• Data from direct communications: if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, the phone number or mailbox you contact us from and the content of the conversation.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent and source of the visit, obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not request sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or sex life) or credit card data through this site. Please do not include such data in the contact form.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your enquiries and prepare commercial proposals.
• To manage the relationship with clients and prospective clients.
• To send you information about our services, where you have requested it or where a prior commercial relationship exists.
• To measure the performance of the site and of our advertising campaigns, and to improve the browsing experience.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you complete and submit the form or contact us through the available channels and — where applicable — the performance of a contractual relationship or compliance with legal obligations.

Some of these providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases, we seek to ensure that the international transfer has adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship or your interest in our services lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law to address any potential liabilities. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Information security

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326, you have the right to request access, rectification, updating and deletion of your personal data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@boska.com.ar stating your request and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will reply within the legal time frames: 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for rectification, updating or deletion requests.

The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in section 14, subsection 3 of Act No. 25,326.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Argentine Access to Public Information Agency), in its capacity as the supervisory authority for Act No. 25,326, has the power to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.

9. Minors

This site and our services are aimed at people over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor without their parents’ or guardians’ authorisation, we will delete it.

10. Links to third-party sites

Our site may contain links to external platforms (for example, Instagram, WhatsApp or YouTube). This policy does not apply to those sites: we recommend reviewing their own privacy policies before sharing information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
